Kenton Cemetery, located on Mamhead Road is a peaceful and well-maintained burial ground serving the local community.  Owned and operated by Kenton Parish Council, the cemetery provides a respectful and dignified setting for remembrance, reflection, and commemoration.

Set within a tranquil rural environment, Kenton Cemetery reflects the Parish Council’s commitment to preserving a space that is both practical and serene, while being sensitive to the needs of bereaved families and visitors. The council is responsible for the ongoing management, upkeep, and regulation of the cemetery, ensuring it remains a place of dignity, safety, and quiet contemplation for current and future generations.

Neighbourhood Plan

Kenton Neighbourhood Development Plan was accepted at a Full Council meeting of Teignbridge District Council on 17th March 2020 and has now been brought into legal force.

It now forms part of the statutory Development Plan for Teignbridge District, and will be used in the decision-making on planning applications in the Kenton Parish area.
